HOW TO USE GOPHEROUT SAFE AND EFFECTIVE, EASY TO USE |
|||||||||||||
|
GopherOut works by making the burrow an unpleasant place to be for the gopher. It does not kill the gopher. It penetrates the soil and remains for months and even years depending on rain fall. The mix is poured into the burrow and flushed through with a garden hose. This renders the burrow and surrounding areas unusable by rodents. Find the burrow near the mound as illustrated. A
garden hose inserted into the mound will cause it to collapse into the
burrow. Using that hole, or one using a probe as illustrated, pour the
basic mix (described below) into the hole and follow with 10 gallons of water. This will
saturate the burrow. The gopher will abandon that burrow and
attempt to build another nearby. Use the same method on that borrow.
After one or two applications, the gopher will leave the area.

This drawing is only an example of how to apply GopherOut. Any method that places the formula into the burrow will suffice. |

|
Basic Mix: Dilute 4 ounces with 1 gallon of fresh water. This is the basic mix for all uses. Protecting Vineyards:Use 1/2 gallon of undiluted GopherOut with 2000 gallons of water for any drip system. Apply once a month until gophers are gone. Protecting Orchards: We used 6 ounces of basic mix for every one of 500 trees planted and had no gopher damage loss in the orchard. Place it into the plant hole before planting the tree. Add to irrigation system. Protecting Lawns and Gardens: Use as directed and supplement with a hose bottle every 5 months. Use in seedbeds to protect them from rodents. Sprinkle one gallon of basic mix on every 300 feet of planter space prior to planting. |
